Walk and Talk Therapy (Coming Soon!)
is a unique, nature-based approach to counseling that combines the benefits of physical movement with therapeutic conversation. In this setting, sessions take place outdoors, typically on a scenic trail or in a peaceful park, allowing you to engage in therapy while walking side-by-side with your therapist.
This approach can ease the intensity of face-to-face conversation, making it feel more relaxed and natural, while the rhythmic movement of walking can boost clarity, reduce anxiety, and stimulate creative problem-solving. Being in nature often encourages a sense of openness and calm, helping clients feel grounded and connected to their surroundings. Walk and talk therapy is ideal for individuals who may feel more comfortable outside a traditional therapy setting, or who are looking for a holistic approach that addresses both mind and body.
